The material used is air-through nonwoven, the most commonly used in the field of diapers for the hot air nonwoven and spunbond nonwoven, of which the hot air nonwoven is more skin-friendly and soft.

• Infusion layer

The infusion layer is located between the top layer and the absorbent core, and its function is to make the diaper absorb liquid quickly, effectively and evenly. Timely and rapid channeling to other locations, to avoid the core layer localized due to a large amount of liquid absorption and the phenomenon of clogging back seepage.

• PE breathable film

PE breathable film looks like a layer of plastic film, but in fact it is a layer of breathable microporous membrane, microporous is the most critical part, because the minimum diameter of water droplets is 20µm, the diameter of water vapor molecules is 0.0004µm, and the diameter of the microporous is between the two. This ensures breathability without water permeability.

• Leakguard

The leakguard is located on both sides of the thigh opening and connects the top layer, it serves to prevent urine from overflowing from the side because it cannot leak down in time.

• Wetness Indicator

Wetness Indicator, is the outermost layer of the baby diaper with a color indication strip. The most basic role of the urine show is that when the urine show strip is soaked with baby’s urine, there will be obvious discoloration or fading, mothers and fathers will be able to intuitively determine whether the baby needs to change the diaper.
